Using the service
You may use AkayPH only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping login and authenticator credentials confidential.
Restaurant information is not guaranteed
Restaurant names, locations, hours, menus, prices, contact details, availability, and other listing information may be incomplete, outdated, user-submitted, or imported from public sources. Verify important details directly with the business before relying on them.
Community content
You retain responsibility for content you submit. By submitting content, you grant AkayPH the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and distribute it through the service. Content must follow the Community Guidelines.
Business claims and submissions
You may claim or manage a restaurant only when authorized to act for that business. AkayPH may request evidence, reject or revoke claims, correct listings, or remove access when ownership, authorization, safety, or integrity cannot be verified.
Moderation
AkayPH may moderate reviews, reports, photos, submissions, claims, and accounts to enforce these terms, the Community Guidelines, safety requirements, and service integrity. Available appeal mechanisms do not guarantee reversal of a decision.
Open data and third-party services
Some listing or map data may come from OpenStreetMap or other permitted sources and remains subject to applicable attribution and license requirements. Links to external websites, maps, delivery services, or social platforms are governed by those third parties.
Availability and changes
AkayPH may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance or security work. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AkayPH is not responsible for restaurant quality, food safety, transactions between users and businesses, third-party services, or losses caused by relying on inaccurate listing information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
